Ohana lies tethered to her home dock on Bainbridge Island in the Pacific Northwest but I can see her rounding Sarah Point and the vista of Desolation Sound standing majestically like the backdrop on a stage of incomparable scale. The past winter has been long and cold but the warm sun of July has finally declared, "There will be a summer"...and there will be another passage. Within days we will be coursing northward through the chilly dark waters of Puget Sound heading for the border and beyond. Final preparations are underway - fuel, water, supplies and an endless assortment of nice-to-haves are all coming together with minimal time to spare.

Thanks totally cool Dave. I just hope the reality T.V. film crew doesn't get in the way. Should I expect to see your show right after 'Deadliest Catch?' Best wishes...keep the updates coming! -Chuck
